Free Services
Many of our image processing tools are completely free with no refunds applicable since there are no charges.
Paid Services & Subscriptions
Some advanced features and tools require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:
- Payment is made in exchange for access to premium features and services
- Services are provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees
- We do not guarantee specific results, uptime, or performance
- You are responsible for evaluating whether our services meet your needs before purchasing
Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may provide refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:

Important: All image processing happens locally in your browser. Your files never leave your device and are not uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

xpacto and its operators are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or any other consequential damages. Your use of our services is entirely at your own risk.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period after cancellation.

To request a refund, contact us at support@xpacto.com with your account details and reason for the request. All refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5-7 business days.
